1. Applications
Aluminum Conductor Steel Sopported is used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. ACSS offers optional strength for line design without sacrificing ampacity.

2. Construction
Aluminum 1350-O wires are concentrically stranded about a steel core. Addtional corrosion protection is available through the application of grease to the core or infusion of the complete cable with grease.

IEC61089, DIN48204, GB/T 1179-2008
